Ole.Fit Espoo’s fitness center offers a wide selection of equipment, including Technogym’s Selection Pro weight stack machines, free weights, and Pure Strength plate-loaded machines. The cardio machines are from Technogym’s ARTIS® series! Active gym-goers will quickly find their favorite equipment, and beginners will also find plenty of suitable options. Time to move and feel better!

Selection Pro weight machines are equipped with Finland’s first UNITY™ MINI DISPLAY screens! Experience a new dimension of training by harnessing technology. Real-time training tracking records your performance so you can review it later or share the challenge with your friends on social media. Download the Technogym MyWellness Cloud app from the App Store or your phone’s app store.

With the cardio machines, you can use your favorite apps and enjoy your favorite entertainment, TV, and radio channels through the UNITY interface. By logging into MyWellness Cloud during your workout, you’ll unlock additional services tailored to each device.

The ARTIS® cardio equipment at Ole.Fit Espoo reduces, recycles, and renews energy. The energy generated during exercise is directed straight to the ARTIS® machines’ TV screens and displays. Any surplus energy produced during training can be reused for the gym’s power needs—or you can even charge your own phone while working out. ARTIS® reduces energy consumption by 30 percent compared to, for example, the Excite+ Run Now treadmill, which was previously the most eco-friendly treadmill on the market.
